Our Quality Charter

Our team pays particular attention to the recruitment and follow-up of our network of service professionals who represent an essential link in the realisation of your project and customer satisfaction. Each one signs a membership charter which enables us to carry out every one of our home-improvement projects while respecting the10 points of our Quality Charter.

1. Quality

Each service professional is an expert in his trade that adheres to clear procedures, especially in the choice of products, the work and the finishing off of the project.

2. Respecting Deadlines

Each service professional agrees to the calendar when he validates his part of the project in the Domilico Project File (price and deadline).

3. Insurance

Each service professional has a valid insurance coverage in Civil Responsibility and 10-year guarantee, and agrees to submit all necessary complete certificates at the request of Domilico.

4. Technical equipment

Each service professional has the necessary technical equipment, i.e. utility van, tools, etc… for the successful completion of the work under safe conditions.

5. Training

Each service professional is qualified in his trade and can be considered a specialist.

6. Professional qualifications

Each service professional, either directly or as a result of a professional training course, is perfectly familiar with the current norms and agrees to respect them carefully.

7. The cleanliness of the work area

Each service professional agrees to work in the cleanest way possible throughout the preparation of the work area, to remove the waste and clean up at the end of his work. The customer may also wish to choose from a complete range of Domilico Renovation cleaning services.

8. Safety

Each service professional agrees to respect the safety standards throughout his work, for himself, other hired contractors, and the customers residing in the home that is undergoing the work.

9. Contributions

Each service professional declares that he is up to date on the payment of his contributions to the state and that his employees all have legal work permits.

10. Environmental norms

Each service professional agrees to dispose of all waste as is required by current norms in the matter.
