Consultation and Project File

The Pre-project Consultation fee

The Pre-project consultation fee is 69€ (inclusive of tax); the travel fee is included for locations in a 50km (31miles) radius from our sales office. Beyond that, our Customer Service department will inform you of the supplemental fee.

The pre-project consultation will allow you to define the technical feasibility of your project, as well as the financial and timeline estimate. The immediate feedback will help you to decide if you want a more precise study of your project conducted. The pre-project consultation is reimbursed if you opt for the study for a Project File.

The Project File rates

The Project File is a compilation of documents including the official plans of the current area, a detailed estimate by trade, and the timetable of the project which indicates the coordination of the different service professionals.

For < 15m² (161 ft.²)...............................................299€ (taxes included)

Example: a bathroom, a kitchen, a bedroom

For >15m² and < 30 m² (323 ft.²)...........................599€ (taxes included)

Examples: a kitchen with a living area, a home-entertainment room, a small addition

For > 30 m² (323 ft.²).............................................599€ (taxes included) + 15€ additional m²

Examples: a large addition, the conversion of an attic, the conversion of a garage into additional rooms.

If building permits are required, Domilico will assist you with the paperwork, particularly by retrieving and submitting the necessary forms. After taking into account the complexity of your project, your Project Manager will give you an estimate. For example, the fee for a building permit from the town hall is 179€ (taxes included)

Rates on July 1st, 2007 are valid for at least 6 months
